From Jan. 19 to Jan. 24, 1998, the Department of Construction of Jilin Province held the appraisal of the city’s master planning results in Siping City. From Jilin Provincial Department of Construction, Provincial Planning Commission, Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau, Provincial Land Bureau, Provincial Post and Telecommunications Bureau, Provincial Electric Power Bureau, Provincial Fire Bureau, Changchun City Planning Bureau, Jilin Provincial Planning Institute, Northeast China Municipal Institute, Changchun City Planning Institute, Jilin City The appraisal committee composed of leaders and experts of the Planning Institute and other units carefully listened to the general regulations of the city of Siping City for the planning and design institute of Siping City.
