健康不仅包括身体健康,也包括心理健康。家庭学校的情感体验和教育方式以及教养态度,决定了人类的儿女是否从一个个体的婴儿发展到一个社会化的人,或者是否将他保留一定程度的婴儿不成熟性,这将阻止他们更大社会的结合,导致他们中的部分人存在学习困难、情绪不稳定、孤单胆小、惧怕挫折、缺乏毅力、惰性懦弱、自私等现象。为此,我在多年的工作实践和社会调查中,看到和谐教育给孩子带来的生机,同时看到心理健康教育不光是靠几个专家和老师就能完成的,还应当靠家庭共同参与。

At the same time, I have noticed that mental health education can be accomplished not only by a few experts and teachers, but also by family participation .
