通过金相组织分析、扫描电子显微镜观察、能谱仪分析及力学性能测试等手段,研究了稀土Ce对7A04铝合金铸态组织和加工态力学性能的影响。结果表明:当稀土Ce加入量为0.39%时,7A04铝合金的晶粒最为细小,第二相与夹杂最少,合金基体组织得以改善。稀土Ce的加入使合金中生成了大量的CeAl_2和Al_4Cu_2Ce等稀土相。稀土Ce对7A04铝合金硬度影响不大,但是能提高其抗拉强度与伸长率。
The effects of rare earth Ce on the as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and mechanical properties testing. The results show that when the content of rare earth Ce is 0.39%, the grain size of 7A04 aluminum alloy is the smallest, the second phase and inclusion are the least, and the alloy matrix structure is improved. With the addition of rare earth Ce, a large amount of rare earth phases such as CeAl_2 and Al_4Cu_2Ce were formed in the alloy. The rare earth Ce has little effect on the hardness of 7A04 aluminum alloy, but can improve its tensile strength and elongation.
