杜邦公司是一家拥有200多年历史的跨国公司,其悠久历史磨砺出的一套严谨而系统的管理模式,尤其是人力资源管理经验,不失为改革开放的中国现代企业借鉴的成功范例。8月27日,本社同仁在位于青浦中纺城的杜邦纤维(中国)有限公司召开了有关职工培训话题的座谈会(座谈纪要将在下期刊登),与会的另有几家外资企业,杜邦公司人力资源部经理陆军先生的介绍给我们留下特别的印象,特编发有关员工定向发展的资料,以供业内人士参考借鉴。
DuPont Co., Ltd. is a multinational company with more than 200 years of history. Its rigorous and systematic management mode, especially its experience in human resources management, has been a successful example of reform and opening up for modern Chinese companies. On August 27th, colleagues from CCS held a symposium on the topic of employee training at DuPont Fibers (China) Co., Ltd. in Qingpu China Textile City. The meeting was scheduled to be published in the next issue. Several other foreign-funded companies, DuPont, were present at the meeting. The introduction of Mr. Jun Lu, the manager of the Human Resources Department, left a special impression on us. We have specially issued information on the targeted development of employees for reference by the industry.
