嘉政发[2012]16号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府各部门、直属各单位:2011年,我市各地认真贯彻落实中央、省农村工作会议精神,全面落实科学发展观,按照“创业富民、创新强市”的总要求,全力推进现代都市型农业和现代新农村建设,较好地完成了市政府年初确定的各项目标任务,涌现了一批先进集体和先进个人。
In 2012, all localities in the city conscientiously implemented the spirit of the Central and Provincial Rural Work Conference and fully implemented the scientific outlook on development. In accordance with the requirements of the guidelines of the People’s Government of all counties (cities, districts) and all departments and units directly under the municipal government, “Entrepreneurship, Enriching the People, Creating a Strong City”, and vigorously promoted the construction of modern metropolitan agriculture and new modern rural areas, well accomplished the various objectives and tasks set by the municipal government at the beginning of the year, and the emergence of a batch of advanced collectives and advanced individuals .
