目的:探讨同卵双胞胎食管贲门组织中P53和细胞核增殖抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达特征。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC方法,分析来自河南食管癌高发区同卵双胞胎食管(19对)、贲门(17对)组织中P53和PCNA蛋白的表达。结果:19对同卵双胞胎食管组织中,2个成员均为正常组织(NOR)11对,单发不典型增生(DYS)4对,单发食管鳞癌(SCC)3对,双发SCC1对,病理组织一致性为63.16%(12/19)。17对同卵双胞胎贲门组织中,2个成员均为NOR5对,单发DYS12对,病理组织一致率为29.41%(5/17)。食管与贲门组织病理组织一致率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在11对食管上皮组织均为NOR的同卵双胞胎中P53蛋白表达一致4对(36%),不一致7对(64%);PCNA蛋白表达一致10对(91%),不一致1对(8%)。1对双发SCC同卵双胞胎中P53、PCNA蛋白表达均为阳性。5对贲门上皮组织均为NOR的同卵双胞胎P53蛋白表达均为阴性,PCNA蛋白表达均为阳性。结论:后天环境因素对食管上皮分子改变起重要调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of P53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) proteins in esophageal and cardia of identical twins. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to analyze the expression of P53 and PCNA protein in esophageal (19 pairs) and cardia (17 pairs) of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in Henan high incidence area. RESULTS: Of the 19 pairs of identical esophageal tissues, 2 of them were NOR, 11 pairs, 4 cases with single dysplasia (DYS), 3 cases with single esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), 2 cases with double SCC1 , Pathological consistency was 63.16% (12/19). Of the 17 pairs of identical twins, 2 of them were NOR5 pairs in the cardia tissues of the same ovary, with a single DYS12 pair. The consistency rate of pathological tissues was 29.41% (5/17). There was no significant difference in the concordance rate between esophagus and cardia (P> 0.05). There were 4 (36%) and 7 (64%) non-identical P53 proteins in 11 identical ovary esophageal squamous cell carcinomas with identical NOR, and 10 (91% ). 1 pairs of double SCC identical twins P53, PCNA protein expression were positive. 5 pairs of cardia epithelial tissue are NOR twins P53 protein expression were negative, PCNA protein expression was positive. Conclusion: Acquired environmental factors play an important role in the regulation of esophageal epithelial molecules.
