产权制度改革一直是我国国有企业改革的重中这重,长期以来,理论界和企业界一直就如何解决所有权和经营权的分离问题进行着不懈的努力。在此过程中,联想集团脱颖而出:1997年4月该集团被国家计委、经贸委和体改委确定为第二批深化大型企业集团试点工作的集团之一。联想集团企业的改革,对于其他企业,尤其是国有企业和高新技术企业如何顺利实现现代企业制度改革,有着重要的现实意义。
The reform of property rights system has always been the most important task in the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. For a long time, the theoretical and business circles have been making unremitting efforts on how to solve the separation of ownership and management rights. In the process, Lenovo Group came to the fore: in April 1997, the group was identified by the State Planning Commission, the Economic and Trade Commission and the Restructuring Commission as one of the second group to deepen the pilot work of large-scale enterprise groups. The reform of Lenovo Group's enterprises has important practical significance for other enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises, to successfully realize the reform of the modern enterprise system.
