为了促进和提高江苏省继电保护及安全自动装置的运行和技术水平,交流江苏省近年来在继电保护及安全自动装置技术和管理方面的成绩和经验,经研究决定在1999年10月,也就是在建国五十周年之际,召开全省继电保护及安全自动装置技术交流会。由电机工程学会继电保护及安全自动装置专委会负责这次会议的筹备和组织工作。开好一个学术会议,论文质量是个关键。现将会议证文有关事项通知如下:
