目的:筛选和优化回药伏毛铁棒锤最佳炮制工艺。方法:通过急性毒性试验和抗炎、镇痛药效学等指标评价,首先在煮制、蒸制、烘制及诃子汤制4种方法中筛选出最佳炮制方法,而后对不同烘制时间的炮制品进行炮制工艺优化。结果:烘制的最佳工艺为饮片厚度1~2 mm时于105℃烘制3 h。结论:确定了回药伏毛铁棒锤烘制炮制工艺,该工艺条件简便可行,结果稳定。
Objective: To screen and optimize the optimal drug processing technology of drug-loaded iron bar hammer. Methods: According to acute toxicity test, anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacodynamics, the best method was selected from four methods: boiling, steaming, baking and myrobalan soup, Time processed products for processing optimization. Result: The best baking process was baking at 105 ℃ for 3 h when the thickness of the slices was 1 ~ 2 mm. Conclusions: The processing technology of drug-swabbing iron bar hammer drying was determined, the process conditions were simple and feasible and the results were stable.
