目的探讨白头翁汤加味保留灌肠治疗74例直肠炎的疗效.方法随机分为两组,治疗组74例,对照组40例,用50mL甘油灌肠器把药液液慢注入直肠内药液量约50～100mL.药液温度在37℃～39℃,1

目的探讨白头翁汤加味保留灌肠治疗74例直肠炎的疗效.方法随机分为两组,治疗组74例,对照组40例,用50mL甘油灌肠器把药液液慢注入直肠内药液量约50～100mL.药液温度在37℃～39℃,1日1～2次,7d为1个疗程.对照组采用方药与治疗组相同,水煎服,1日2次,每次1剂,7d为1个疗程.结果经过3个疗程的治疗,结果治疗组治愈41例,显效20例,好转11例,对照组治愈22例.显效9例、好转5例.总有效率分别为97.3%和90.0%.两组数据经统计学处理P＞0.05,无显著差异.结果表明:灌肠法比口服汤药
