喷射泵工作时发生气蚀将降低泵效和泵的使用寿命,不产生气蚀是喷射泵在应用选择时所遵循的一个重要条件。为判别和预测喷射泵工作时是否发生气蚀,根据伯努利方程式导出了在一般条件下判别气蚀特性的气蚀的极限流量比Mc的计算表达式,并进一步得出了保证喷射泵工作时不产生气蚀的极限沉没率fh计算表达式。将得出的结果与布朗方法进行对比,讨论了气蚀极限常数Ic,认为Ic的理论值应为1.0,并分析了密度比对气蚀特性的影响。
Cavitation during jet pump operation will reduce pump efficiency and pump life without cavitation, which is an important condition for jet pumps to follow when selecting applications.
