当“花园无花”恣意泛滥的时候,我们就彻底忘记了花园的本来面目。当竹笋一样的建筑日复一日地蹂躏我们的时候,我们只能忍受?躲到郊外。也许正是郊外给了我们灵感,唤醒了我们到底该“置身何处”的意识。最最原始的冲动喷薄而出:我们一直强烈渴望占有的,是花园。开发商一定明白这种需求,知道仅以“××花园”的昵称已经无法满足大众。便将其产品与某公园拉上关系——“公园有花,公园是大花园”。此招绝,距离拉得越近上座的越多。所以,“我家住在公园边”像一阵风,流行了不少消费者的同时,开发商的嘴儿都笑歪了。
