近年来医院的医疗纠纷事件急剧增长,冲击医院的恶性事件时有发生,严重扰乱了医院的正常工作秩序。医疗纠纷的发生从医院方面来说,涉及到医疗护理质量、服务质量、技术水平、规章制度、医德医风、人员素质等因素。对医疗纠纷最满意的处理,也不如防患于未然。根据多年工作经验,笔者认为医疗事故最基本的防范措施,就是严格执行规章制度和技术操作常规。规章制度是管理科学的结晶,遵守规
In recent years, the number of medical disputes in hospitals has increased dramatically. The vicious incidents that hit hospitals have occurred from time to time, seriously disrupting the normal work order of hospitals.
