目的了解家具行业工作场所职业病危害因素现状,为有关部门今后的监督管理提供依据。方法依据国家有关标准、规范,2003—2009年北京市大兴区疾病预防控制中心对家具行业工作场所进行了检测。按《工作场所有害物质监测方法》的要求,采用活性碳管采集车间空气中的化学毒物,用粉尘采样仪采集粉尘样品,声级计现场检测噪声。结果对该行业131家企业职业病危害因素进行检测,其结果为物理因素(噪声)合格率53.86%,粉尘合格率41.43%,化学毒物(苯)合格率85.51%。物理因素、粉尘样品检测合格率远低于化学毒物。经统计学处理,三者之间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=324.77,P<0.05)。结论目前,大兴区家具行业的工作场所职业病危害因素样品检测合格率较低,物理因素、粉尘、化学毒物样品检测合格率均低于其他行业。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational hazards in the workplace in the furniture industry and provide the basis for the future supervision and management of relevant departments. Methods Based on the relevant national standards and norms, the Daxing District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Beijing from 2003 to 2009 examined the workplace of the furniture industry. According to “Workplace Hazardous Substance Monitoring Method” requirements, the use of activated carbon tube in the workshop to collect chemical poisons in the air, with a dust sampler to collect dust samples, sound level meter on-site detection of noise. Results The detection of occupational hazards in 131 enterprises in this industry showed that the passing rate of physical factors (noise) was 53.86%, the passing rate of dust was 41.43%, and the passing rate of chemical poison (benzene) was 85.51%. Physical factors, dust samples pass detection rate much lower than chemical poisons. Statistically, the difference between the three was statistically significant (χ2 = 324.77, P <0.05). Conclusion At present, the passing rate of occupational hazards in the workplace in Daxing District is low, and the passing rate of physical factors, dust and chemical poisons is lower than that in other industries.
