文章介绍了正交设计法在超薄层沥青混合料级配设计中的运用。研究9.5、2.36、0.075mm筛孔通过率,4.75~2.36mm筛孔含量及油石比5个因素对超薄层沥青混合料体积特性和抗滑性能的影响。通过2次正交试验,运用正交设计的方法对影响因素适当组合,测定不同组合条件下的超薄层沥青混合料的空隙率、骨架特性指标和构造深度,并应用极差分析法进行数据分析。将超薄层沥青混合料的配合比设计与体积特性和抗滑性能联系起来,提出了超薄层沥青混合料UTAC-10的推荐级配范围,可供施工单位参考使用。
This paper introduces the application of orthogonal design in the design of gradation asphalt mixture gradation design. The influence of 5, 2.36, 0.075mm sieve passing rate, 4.75 ~ 2.36mm sieve content and the ratio of oil to rock on the volume and anti-skid performance of ultra-thin asphalt mixture were investigated. Orthogonal design was used to make the right combination of influencing factors through two orthogonal experiments. The void ratio, skeleton characteristic index and structure depth of the ultra-thin asphalt mixture under different combinations were determined. And the data of the difference analysis method analysis. The ultra-thin asphalt mixture mix design and volume characteristics and skid resistance are linked, proposed ultra-thin asphalt mixture UTAC-10 recommended grading range, for the construction unit for reference.
