中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所植物基因组学国家重点实验室张劲松研究组和陈受宜研究组针对驯化过程中发育大豆种子的转录组特征展开了全面而深入的研究。通过测定和分析栽培大豆和野生大豆发育种子的40个转录组数据并通过基因共表达网络分析发现,在驯化过程中基因表达量及共表达网络发生了显著变化,且基因表达量与网络衔接显著相关。3个基因集群模块系统的基因表达量在栽培大豆中比野生大豆中显著增加。其中2个基因集群模块系统的基因表达量与网络
Zhang Jinsong, State Key Laboratory of Plant Genomics, Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Chen Shiyi’s research group conducted a comprehensive and in-depth study on the characteristics of transcriptome of developing soybean seeds during domestication. By measuring and analyzing 40 transcriptome data of cultivated soybean and wild soybean developing seeds and analyzing the genes through co-expression network, we found that gene expression and co-expression network have undergone significant changes in the domestication process, and the gene expression level has a significant connection with the network Related.
