以半有机质磺化煤为载体,硫酸钛为钛源,采用微波-液相水解法制备了TiO_2/磺化煤光催化剂复合材料,并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及能谱分析(EDS)对其形貌和成份等进行表征。结果表明,TiO_2成功负载到磺化煤上,晶型是单一的锐钛矿,具有很高的结晶度,粒径在4.5 nm左右。考察了一次微波时间、水浴时间、液相水解时的pH对晶体生长和成核的影响。光催化实验表明,样品经5次光催化反应后仍具有很高的光催化活性。
TiO 2 / sulfonated coal photocatalyst composites were prepared by microwave-liquid phase hydrolysis using semi-organic sulfonated coal as carrier and titanium sulfate as titanium source. The structure of the composite was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) was used to characterize its morphology and composition. The results show that TiO 2 is successfully supported on sulfonated coal. The crystal form is single anatase, with high crystallinity and particle size about 4.5 nm. The effects of microwave time, bath time and pH during liquid phase hydrolysis on crystal growth and nucleation were investigated. Photocatalytic experiments show that the sample after 5 photocatalytic reaction still has a high photocatalytic activity.
