组织工作担负着为党委中心工作提供坚强政治保障和人才支持,确保党的政治路线、思想路线、组织路线得以贯彻落实的重要职能。既有严肃的党性也包含着浓厚的人性,必须以党的最新理论成果为统领,注重以人为本;既有很强的原则性又有适度的灵活性,必须建机制抓规范,因地制宜开拓创新;既有选拔任用的权力也有管理服务和指导的职责,必须在阳光下运行,坚守公道正派底线。做好新时期组织工作,必须讲政治,讲创新,讲和谐,树形象,以规范化建设推动组织工作科学发展。
