无头轧制有明显的经济效益。为了扩大无头轧制技术的应用范围,用高频快速感应焊,在实验室条件下,按不同的模拟比,模拟了150 m m 方坯,20 m m 厚板坯和3 号角钢中间坯的对焊和轧制。模拟比分别为1∶10、1∶5 和1∶1。焊接后继续轧制的延伸系数分别为10、5 和2。材质为20MnSiV、20MnSi、16Mn 和Q235。焊接后的坯料完全满足继续轧制的要求,轧制后焊口处的材料力学性能与基本材料的差距不超过10 % 。
Headless rolling has obvious economic benefits. In order to enlarge the application range of endless rolling technology, high-frequency rapid induction welding was used to simulate the billet of 150 m, the blank of 20 m and the angle of 3 in different laboratory conditions Butt welding and rolling.
