生产镁粉用的纯镁环,在库存期间应进行防腐处理。过去,一直采用重铬酸钾(?)化上色法。其防腐效果差,时间稍长,就会产生腐蚀。而且工艺设备繁多。劳动强度大,槽液不稳定,难调整,尤其是铬酐和重铬酸钾对生物和自然环境都有较大的毒害性。为了克服这些缺点,我们想用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛塑料薄膜涂层来代替氧化上色层。为此,我们研究了涂膜工艺;除膜方法,即在什么温度下除膜最合理;以及除膜温度对纯镁环性能的影响。
