目前,新生儿气管插管术所用的气管导管为单管型,气管通气和注药不能同步进行,影响了抢救的连续性。为此,我们设计了一种双管型气管导管,以解决上述问题。1 材料新生儿用气管导管一根,小儿用硬脊膜麻醉导管一根。2 制做方法在气管导管尾端1~2cm处钻一侧孔。剪取硬脊膜麻醉导管10~15cm,将其以气管导管侧孔中穿入6~7cm,使硬脊膜麻醉导管的末端刚好到达气管导管的狭窄部,用103万能胶把硬脊膜麻醉导管粘合固定在气管导管的内侧壁上,呈Y形,双管型气管导管即成(见图)。
