寿命周期分析(LCA)原是为评价厂家所产物品的碳踪迹而推出的一种计算方法。目前这种分析法已应用到评价生产工艺上,即以各种方式运用LCA得出每种方式不同结果,为具体生产模式或找出碳踪迹最少的方案。本文以用高炉渣作水泥生产中的熟料的替代物为例,说明LCA的应用效果:LCA提供的方案可使每吨钢生产中减少CO_2排放量0.24 t或每生产1 t水泥减少CO_2排放量0.64 t。
Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) was originally a calculation method for evaluating the carbon footprint of products produced by manufacturers. At present, this method of analysis has been applied to the evaluation of the production process, that is, LCA is used in various ways to obtain different results for each mode, which is the specific production mode or the scheme of finding the least carbon trace. This paper uses blast furnace slag as an alternative to clinker in cement production as an example to illustrate the application of LCA: LCA provides a solution that will reduce CO 2 emissions per tonne of steel production by 0.24 t or CO 2 emissions per 1 ton of cement production Amount 0.64 t.
