目的:探讨阿司匹林对高脂饲料喂养加链脲菌素所致糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法:制备糖尿病大鼠模型,将其分为阿司匹林低剂量组、高剂量组,模型对照组和空白对照组(非糖尿病大鼠)。分别以20,80 mg.kg-1.d-1阿司匹林水溶液及生理盐水灌胃,14 d后测定小鼠空腹血糖、糖耐量、胰岛素释放。结果:大剂量阿司匹林能明显降低实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖(P<0.01),降糖率36.78﹪;能改善糖耐量(P<0.01),提高血清胰岛素含量(P<0.01)。结论:大剂量阿司匹林可降低血糖,改善糖耐量,促进胰岛素释放。
Objective: To investigate the effect of aspirin on blood glucose in diabetic rats fed with high-fat diet and streptozotocin. Methods: Diabetic rat models were prepared and divided into low dose aspirin group, high dose group, model control group and blank control group (non-diabetic rats). 20,80 mg.kg-1.d-1 aspirin aqueous solution and normal saline were given respectively. After 14 days, fasting blood glucose, glucose tolerance and insulin release were measured. Results: High-dose aspirin can significantly reduce blood glucose in experimental diabetic rats (P <0.01), hypoglycemic rate was 36.78%; improve glucose tolerance (P <0.01) and increase serum insulin (P <0.01). Conclusion: High-dose aspirin can lower blood glucose, improve glucose tolerance and promote insulin release.
