利用高温高压岩心静失水仪,对沥青类产品的防塌机理和防塌效果及温度、压力对防塌效果的影响进行了评价。经果表明,氧化沥青能在高温下软化变形封堵微裂缝,在低于沥青软化点时,随温度和压差升高,氧化沥青的封堵能力和降滤失效果增加。磺化沥青靠溶于水的磺化部分提高滤波粘度,降低滤失量,随温度升高磺酸根基团水化能力下降,降滤失效果也因此下降。在高温下,氧化沥青的封堵能力和降滤失效果优于磺化沥青。
The anti-collapse mechanism, anti-collapse effect of asphalt products and the effect of temperature and pressure on anti-collapse effect were evaluated by using high-temperature and high-pressure core static water loss instrument. The results show that the oxidation of asphalt can soften the deformation under high temperature sealing micro-cracks, below the softening point of the asphalt, with the temperature and pressure drop increased, the blocking capacity of the oxidation of asphalt and loss reduction effect increases. Sulfonated asphalt soluble sulfonation part of the water to improve the filtration viscosity and reduce fluid loss, with increasing temperature sulfonate group hydration ability decreased, the loss of fluid loss therefore also decreased. At high temperature, the blocking ability of asphalt and the effect of filtration loss are better than that of sulfonated asphalt.
