为分析载人航天器在轨时地影区和阳照区转换过程中的母线电压,研究内电和外电间过度过程中船上设备供电兼容性,提出一种航天器地面测试阶段对其进出影过程供电特性模拟和监测的方法。实验结果表明:基于太阳方阵模拟器和母线纹波测试仪的进出影测试系统可实现对进出影供电状况模拟,不同负载工况下的母线波动具有可区分的响应特征,对任务期间在轨工况设计、设备供电兼容性设计有反馈作用。该方法已成功应用于神舟十号的测试任务,为在轨任务顺利实施提供有效保障。
In order to analyze the busbar voltage during the conversion of manned spacecraft in orbit and Yangzhao area and to study the compatibility of power supply onboard equipment during the excessive process of internal and external power supply, Process power supply characteristics of the simulation and monitoring methods. The experimental results show that the in-shadow test system based on solar square matrix simulator and bus ripple tester can simulate the power supply situation of inbound and outbound shadow and have distinguishable response characteristics of bus fluctuations under different load conditions. Condition design, equipment power supply compatibility design has a feedback effect. The method has been successfully applied to the test mission of the Shenzhou-10, to provide effective protection for the smooth implementation of the task in orbit.
