兰政发[2016]28号2016年4月15日各县、区人民政府,市政府各部门,各有关单位,兰州新区、高新区、经济区管委会:今年,市委市政府从广大人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题入手,经过深入调研、广泛征求意见、反复酝酿讨论,最后确定为民办8个方面24件实事。为切实把实事办好,市政府办公厅会同各实事牵头单位制定了《2016年市委市政府为民办8个方面24件实事实施方案》(以下简称《实施方案》)。
