本文分析了15例骨髓增生异常综合征患者的临床及细胞形态学资料,对8例患者进行了染色体检查和粒系祖细胞培养结果的观察,并初步讨论了疾病的诊断、演变、本质和治疗。
This article analyzes the clinical and cytomorphological data of 15 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes. Chromosome examination and the observation of myeloid progenitor cell cultures were performed in 8 patients. The diagnosis, evolution, nature and treatment of the disease were preliminarily discussed .
