第十一届全国人民代表大会第五次会议审议通过了对《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》的修改。新刑事诉讼法明确规定对犯罪的未成年人实行教育、感化、挽救的方针,坚持教育为主、惩罚为辅的原则,并规定了专人办理未成年人刑事案件、附条件不起诉以及犯罪记录封存等制度。新的刑事诉讼法以维护未成年人的合法权益与帮助其重返社会为目标。在适用新刑诉法办案的过程中,女检察官在各方面都扮演着不可替代的角色。
The Fifth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress examined and adopted the revision of “Criminal Procedural Law of the People’s Republic of China.” The new Code of Criminal Procedure clearly stipulates the principle of education, probation and salvation for minors who commit crimes, upholds the principle of education as the mainstay, supplemented by punishment and stipulates that special personnel shall handle criminal cases involving minors, attach non-prosecution of conditionalities and criminal records Sequestration and other systems. The new Criminal Procedure Law aims to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors and help them reintegrate into society. In the course of applying the new criminal procedure lawsuit, the female prosecutor plays an irreplaceable role in all aspects.
