本研究采用电子计算机视频系统立体测量方法。对北京地区142例正常健康成年人上颌模型进行上颌牙弓前磨牙及磨牙牙弓宽及牙弓全长测量统计分析。结果说明上后牙弓宽与弓长主要受牙弓形态的影响,而不受性别的影响。从自然牙与总义齿的对比分析说明,后者所测数据小于前者。本研究所得数据可作为总义齿修复确定上颌牙弓总长度及后牙颊舌向位置及托盘制作的参考。本研究方法一经软件编成,则可进行快速测量长期使用,特别是可以完成手工操作难以完成的牙弓长度的测量工作。
In this study, three-dimensional measurement method of electronic computer video system was used. 142 cases of normal healthy adult maxillary model of the maxillary arch in the Beijing area before and after molar maxillary arch width and arch length statistics analysis. The results show that the width and length of the arch of the upper teeth are mainly affected by the shape of the dental arch, without being affected by gender. The comparison of natural teeth and total denture shows that the latter is less than the former. The data obtained in this study can be used as a reference to determine the total length of maxillary dental arch and the bucco-lingual position of the maxillary teeth and the production of the tray. The method of this study, once compiled, can be used for rapid measurement of long-term use, in particular, can be completed by manual operation is difficult to complete dental arch length measurement.
