开学至今,已经有一个月有余,教师培训工作一直按部就班地进行着,大部分教师也能够按要求去做,认真记录,完成所布置的任务,尤其是一些岁数大的教师表现尤为突出,他们接触新事物的速度相对要慢,但他们都能够认真去学,及时请教,相互协作、帮助。一、培训过程中发现的问题1.教师水平差异很大,对于所讲的Word的相关知识有的已经很熟悉,有的一知半解,有的一点也不会,这样给教学带来了很多不便。
