管杆柱屈曲给生产带来许多问题 ,文中采用弹性稳定理论中的能量方法 ,分析了受轴向分布载荷作用的垂直管杆柱的稳定性 ,得到了关于轴向分布载荷、底端轴向载荷和管杆柱几何参数的稳定性方程 ,并求得了它的解析解。该解对于垂直井中管杆柱的扶正器应用具有指导意义 ,方程中针对不同端部边界条件的管杆柱约束系数取值不同。为了便于理解 ,文中给出了算例。
The buckling of the pipe string has brought many problems to the production. In this paper, the stability of the vertical pipe string subjected to the axially distributed load is analyzed by using the energy method in the theory of elastic stability. The axial distribution of load, The stability equation of the load and the geometric parameters of the pipe string, and its analytical solution is obtained. The solution is of guiding significance to the centralizer application of the pipe string in vertical wells. The values of the restraint coefficients of the pipe string for the different end boundary conditions in the equations are different. In order to facilitate understanding, the article gives an example.
