我国职业教育的目的是为现代化建设培养大量高素质技能型专门人才。各类职业院校需要把工学结合作为职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,实现教育与企业和社会需求的紧密结合。“校中厂,厂中校”办学模式是深化校企合作的一种创新方式,能实现学校、企业和学生的三方共赢。本文试从“校中厂”、“厂中校”形成的背景和意义、运行模式的现状和问题、运行模式的创新实践三个方面进行阐述。
The purpose of vocational education in our country is to train a large number of highly qualified skilled professionals for the modernization drive. All kinds of vocational schools need to combine work and study as an important starting point for the reform of vocational education personnel training mode, and realize the close combination of education and enterprise and social needs. “School in the factory, factory lieutenant colonel ” School running mode is an innovative way to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, enabling schools, businesses and students to win the tripartite win. This article attempts to elaborate from the following three aspects: the background and significance of the formation of “school-in-factory factory”, “the campus”, the status quo and problems of operation mode and the innovative practice of operation mode.
