精益化绩效管理作为战略性人力资源管理的核心职能之一,是激发人力资源活力、提高企业生产经营管理水平和加快企业发展的有效途径。本文结合大冶有色公司实际,构建开展以全员应用为基础,以市场化绩效量化考核为手段,以公司业绩提升为目标,以系统建设为平台的全员精益化绩效管理体系建设,全面发挥绩效管理在加速公司发展中的战略驱动作用。
Lean performance management, as one of the core functions of strategic human resource management, is an effective way to stimulate the vitality of human resources, improve the production and operation management of enterprises and speed up the development of enterprises.
