回顾分析十余年临床资料中有关异位妊娠误诊32例,病人年龄为21～48岁,多在26～35岁.症状:月经不规、腹痛、阴道流血、恶心、腹泻、里急后重、晕厥等.职业:农民26例,个体户3例,教师2例,农村干部1例.32例误诊病人中有24例误诊为输卵管妊娠流产或破裂,其中黄体破裂16例,卵泡破裂2例,急性出血性输卵管炎2例,急性盆腔炎3例,脾挫裂伤1例,余8例异位妊娠误诊为下列疾病:急性胃肠炎4例,急性阑尾炎2例,不全流产1例,急性盆腔炎1例.
Retrospective analysis of more than ten years of clinical data on misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy 32 cases, patients aged 21 to 48 years, mostly in the 26 to 35 years old. Symptoms: irregular menstruation, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, nausea, diarrhea, tenesmus, syncope Occupation: There are 26 farmers, 3 self-employed, 2 teachers and 1 rural cadre.Among the 32 misdiagnosed cases, 24 cases were misdiagnosed as abortion or rupture of tubal pregnancy, including luteal rupture in 16 cases, follicular rupture in 2 cases, acute hemorrhagic 2 cases of salpingitis, acute pelvic inflammatory disease in 3 cases, 1 case of splenic contusion and laceration, misdiagnosis of the remaining 8 cases of ectopic pregnancy as the following diseases: 4 cases of acute gastroenteritis, 2 cases of acute appendicitis, incomplete abortion in 1 case, acute pelvic inflammatory disease example.
