今年7月,全国小学语文教学研究会成立大会暨第一次年会于大连召开。提高小学语文教学质量,是培养四化建设人材,提高全民族科学文化水平的一个重要基础。为了打好基础,小学语文教学要进一步改革,既要解放思想,下决心,有勇气,又要非常慎重,搞好调查研究和试验,并且经过兖分讨论。全国小学语文教学研究会的成立,就是为了研究小学语文教学理论和实际问题,探讨语文教学规律,交流教学经验,加强协作,为改革小学语文教学,提高教学质量贡献力量。
In July this year, the National Primary School Chinese Teaching and Research Association was established and the first annual meeting was held in Dalian. To improve the quality of Chinese teaching in primary schools is an important basis for training the people of the four modernizations and raising the scientific and cultural level of the whole nation. In order to lay a good foundation for further reform of primary school Chinese teaching, it is necessary to emancipate our minds, make up our minds, have the courage, and also be very cautious about conducting investigations, studies and experiments and discussing through Yankuang. The establishment of the National Primary School Chinese Teaching Research Association is to study the theory and practical issues of Chinese teaching in primary schools, to explore the laws governing Chinese teaching, to exchange teaching experience, to strengthen coordination and to contribute to reforming Chinese teaching in primary schools and improving teaching quality.
