随着我国经济的快速发展和国际交流的日益深入,社会各行业对应用型英语人才的需要越来越迫切。对于高职院校学生而言,英语教学质量直接影响应用型人才的培养。就现实情况看,高职英语教学中还存在一些问题,高职院校学生的英语应用能力没有得到很大的提高。本文在探讨高职院校英语教学存在困境的基础上,提出了改善高职英语教学的对策。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the deepening of international exchanges, the needs of all kinds of social sectors in applied English are becoming more and more urgent. For students in higher vocational colleges, the quality of English teaching directly affects the training of applied talents. As far as the actual situation is concerned, there are still some problems in the teaching of English in higher vocational colleges. The English application ability of students in higher vocational colleges has not been greatly improved. On the basis of discussing the predicament of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
