报道139例新生儿尸捡所见的缺血缺氧性脑病变。本组病例经显微镜检查见神经细胞肿胀和固缩,海马区神经细胞和小脑Purkinje细胞减少,小胶质细胞增生。5例未成熟儿见侧脑室出血。本文还讨论了这些病变发生的可能机理。
Reported 139 cases of neonatal carcasses seen in ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy. The group of patients under the microscope examination showed swelling and shrinkage of nerve cells, hippocampus neurons and cerebellum Purkinje cells decreased microglial proliferation. 5 cases of immature children see lateral ventricular hemorrhage. This article also discusses the possible mechanisms by which these lesions occur.
