纳斯达克宣布,已获中国证监会批准在北京开设代表处。这是继纽约证券交易所后,第二家获准设立驻华代表机构的境外证券交易所。去年底,在首次中美战略经济对话期间,中美双方同意在华分别设立纽交所和纳斯达克代表处。
Nasdaq announces that it has been approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission to open a representative office in Beijing. This is the second overseas stock exchange authorized to establish a representative office in China after the New York Stock Exchange. At the end of last year, during the first Sino-US strategic economic dialogue, both China and the United States agreed to establish the NYSE and NASDAQ offices in China respectively.
