图1所示(见下页)为带有钻孔主轴箱和攻丝主轴箱的JVR500型转塔头的剖面图。转塔头滑台借助于滚珠丝杠和螺母沿经淬硬的铸铁滑座移动。滑台的进给由液压机械进给机构驱动,快速进给由电机驱动,而工作进给则由带有回转式柱塞液压马达的液压伺服装置来驱动。电机和液压马达通过齿轮及电磁离合器与进给滚珠丝杠连在一起。工作进给在5~400毫米/分范围内,有21级变速,由连成速度回路的伺服驱动装置SPH0.5来控制,其反馈则应用了测速发电机。转塔头滑台的行程由0.01毫米为测量单位的电接触式五位逻辑数字变换器来测量。在原始位置,如同在进行攻丝时及车端面或铣削时一样,滑台由电机的制动器制动。
Figure 1 (see next page) shows a section of a JVR 500 turret head with a drilled spindle head and a tapped headstock. The turret head slide is moved along the hardened cast iron slide by means of ball screws and nuts. The feed of the slide table is driven by the hydraulic machine feed mechanism, the fast feed is driven by a motor, and the work feed is driven by a hydraulic servo with a rotary plunger hydraulic motor. The motor and hydraulic motor are connected to the feed ball screw via gears and electromagnetic clutches. The working feed is in the range of 5 ~ 400mm / min with 21 steps of speed control, which is controlled by the servo drive SPH0.5 which is connected with the speed loop. The feedback uses the tachogenerator. The travel of the turret head slide is measured by an electrical contact five-position logic digital converter measuring 0.01 mm. In the home position, the slide is braked by the brake of the motor, just as it is during tapping, as in the face of a car or milling.
