本文阐述了平面光学零件加工中,相对线速度的分布。通过理论分析,分别介绍了上盘作定摆随动加工以及往复周期摆动时,相对线速度分布的情况。
This article describes the distribution of relative linear velocities in the fabrication of planar optical components. Through the theoretical analysis, the relative linear velocity distribution of the upper plate for the follow-up machining and reciprocating cycle swing are introduced respectively.
