目的:建立复方归芎通络口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对赤芍进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量。结果:在图谱中可检出赤芍的特征色谱;阿魏酸的线性范围为0.025～0.502μg,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为97.83%,RSD为1.88%。结论:所建方法可行,重复性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of compound Guiqi Tongluo oral liquid. Methods: The qualitative identification of Radix Paeoniae Rubra was carried out by thin layer chromatography and the content of ferulic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: The characteristic chromatograms of red peony could be detected in the spectrum. The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.025-0.502 μg, r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 97.83%, and the RSD was 1.88%. Conclusion: The established method is feasible and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of this product.
