甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)起病隐匿,病性进展缓慢,临床表现多样化,尤其是老年患者同时患有多种其他疾病,易造成长期误诊。本文就我院2001/2008年误诊的16例分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男3例,女13例,年龄60~73岁。均无甲状腺手术及抗甲状腺药物治疗史。误诊时间3个月~
Hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) onset of occult, slow progress of disease, clinical manifestations of diversity, especially in elderly patients suffering from a variety of other diseases, easy to cause long-term misdiagnosis. This article on my hospital misdiagnosed in 2001/2008 16 cases analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 3 males and 13 females, aged 60 to 73 years. No thyroid surgery and antithyroid drug treatment history. Misdiagnosis time 3 months ~
