商业模式创新的重要途径在于核心价值活动的创新,企业应注重如何从价值链中的价值活动方面进行创新。该文在总结已有理论研究成果的基础上,基于价值链视角的商业模式理论,提出从价值活动角度进行商业模式创新的四个模块,即价值生产模块、价值实现模块、价值研发模块、价值管理模块,并结合案例进行分析。该文从价值链模块化视角下总结出的企业商业模式创新理论,对于当今企业具有重要的借鉴意义。
An important way of business model innovation lies in the innovation of core value activities. Enterprises should pay attention to how to innovate from the value activities in the value chain. Based on the conclusion of the existing theoretical research, this paper proposes four modules of business model innovation from the perspective of value activities based on the business model theory of value chain: value production module, value realization module, value development module, value Management module, combined with case analysis. This paper summarizes the innovative theory of business model from the perspective of modularization of value chain, which is of great significance to today’s enterprises.
