采用不同生物材料研究了吡虫啉与抑食肼的急性毒性及致突变效应。实验结果表明,吡虫啉与抑食肼的小鼠经口 L D5 0 分别为141m g/kg 与368 m g/kg 体重。同时分别采用滤纸法及溶液法测定了它们对蚯蚓的 L C5 0 ,结果表明,上述两种杀虫剂在不同暴露系统中,显现不同的毒性效应。蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验与小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验结果均呈阴性,揭示无致突变效应
Different biomaterials were used to study the acute toxicity and mutagenic effects of imidacloprid and imazethapyr. The experimental results show that imidacloprid and hydrazin-induced mice with oral L D50 were 141 m g / kg and 368 m g / kg body weight respectively. At the same time, the L C5 0 of earthworm was determined by filter paper method and solution method. The results showed that the two insecticides showed different toxic effects in different exposure systems. Vicia faba root tip cell micronucleus test and mouse bone marrow cell micronucleus test results were negative, revealing no mutagenic effect
