房室结内双径路是引起阵发性室上性心动过速的一种常见原因。结内双径路合并Kent束,在常规心电图上由Friedberg与Schamroth首先作出诊断。结内双径路同时有Mahaim旁道,文献报告不多。我们最近见到一例,报道于下。
Atrioventricular node dual-path is caused by paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, a common cause. The intra-corneal dual pathway merged with the Kent beam and was first diagnosed by Friedberg and Schamroth on a conventional electrocardiogram. There are many reports of Mahaim bypass in the dual junction path. We recently saw one case reported below.
