目的获得广东汉族人群MICA基因第2~5外显子多态性分布特点。方法采用直接测序法(se-quence-based typing,SBT)对118名广东籍汉族无偿献血者的MICA基因进行多态性分析。结果 MICA各等位基因分布频率存在差异,其中MICA*010等位基因频率最高(25%),其次为MICA*019(16.5%)、MICA*008∶01(15.3%)和MICA*002∶01(15.3%),频率比较低的是MICA*033、MICA*009∶02、MICA*007∶02及MICA*004.与该基因在其他地区人群进行比较,存在显著差异。结论广东汉族人群MICA等位基因的分布有其自身特点。
Objective To obtain the distribution characteristics of exon 2 to exon 5 of MICA gene in Guangdong Han population. Methods A se-quence-based typing (SBT) method was used to analyze the polymorphisms of MICA gene in 118 Han donors in Guangdong province. Results The frequency of MICA alleles was the highest (25%), followed by MICA * 019 (16.5%), MICA * 008:01 (15.3%) and MICA * 002:01 (15.3%), and MICA * 033, MICA * 009:02, MICA * 007:02 and MICA * 004 were lower than those in other regions of the world. Conclusion The distribution of MICA alleles in Guangdong Han population has its own characteristics.
