本文报告膀胱三角封闭治疗精神性遗尿症52例。治愈率为77％。其效果优于镇静药或遮断副交感神经末稍或神经节兴奋阻滞剂的效果。本文还介绍了操作方法,注意事项及作用机制。
This article reports 52 patients with mental enuresis treated by the closed triangle of the bladder. The cure rate was 77%. Its effect is superior to sedating drugs or blocking the parasympathetic nerve endings or gangrene blockers effect. This article also describes the method of operation, precautions and mechanism of action.
