许多我们今天习以为常的“洋”玩意儿,实际上走入我们生活的历史并不长。麦当劳1990年才在深圳开设了中国大陆第一家门店,第一台中国产丰田轿车2002年才在天津下线,谷歌2005年才正式进军中国。或许正因为我们生活在这样一个激烈变革的年代,才对这些全球化元素的冲击习以为常。回顾从1984年创刊至今的400期杂志,我们惊讶地发现编辑部的前辈们竟然都是预言家:1984年,杂志就用一系列彩图展现了SOHO生活的图景,美国人在远离城市的乡村里利用电脑办公,然后通过卫星电话传送数据……
