以Al粉、Zn粉和Al_2O_3粉为原料,对在建筑用Q235管道表面进行冷喷涂处理,对比分析了3种冷喷涂涂层的宏观形貌、涂层厚度、涂层硬度和电化学性能。结果表明,在相同的冷喷涂工艺下,3种涂层的厚度从高至低依次为:Al>Al-50Al_2O_3>Al-50Zn。Al涂层、Al-50Zn涂层和Al-50Al_2O_3涂层都可以对建筑管道提供阴极保护,但是相比较而言,冷喷涂Al-50Zn涂层的耐腐蚀性能相对其它两种涂层更为稳定和优异。
The surface of Q235 pipe for construction was cold sprayed with Al powder, Zn powder and Al_2O_3 powder as raw materials. The macro morphology, coating thickness, coating hardness and electrochemical performance of the three kinds of cold sprayed coatings were compared. The results show that in the same cold spraying process, the thickness of the three coatings is Al-Al-50Al_2O_3> Al-50Zn from high to low.
