随着新课程标准的颁布,课程改革的逐步推进,教育教学理念的快速更新,为了满足学校教育的发展需求,教育行政部门常常会利用节假日对教师进行专业培训。体育教师的专业特点决定,其培训方式应该有所突破或与众不同,不应只注重形式,走马观花地做样子给别人看,这样既浪费国家的财力、物力,又浪费参训者的时间、精力。
